Agreed! Outside dogs shouldn't be a thing. I had an intern say that he'd like to get a dog but keep it outside and I was like "what's the point? You shouldn't get a dog then". I've had both growing up and there is no way they get the same love and attention or are cared for the same way as indoor dogs. And I don't agree that some dogs are meant to be outside because of breed. In my opinion guard dogs are more efficient when they live in your home and can be by your side to alert you of danger. Plus it is safer for your dog to be inside. Honestly, they are such a big investment that I don't see why people would spend the money on them just to keep them outside.
Agree. I hate leaving my dogs outside. The people who live behind us will leave theirs out for HOURS. And there's 5 freaking dogs. Why?!
I had to keep dogs outside because of their breed and they were guard dogs. they were very much loved. we live in Texas too so winter didn't affect them much. it wasn't lack of training or not caring.
I would be so worried about my dog if he was outside 24/7. I get worried now that we accidentally left him out too long or something lol

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing.
