What helps with constipation 💯 ik tmi right but pregnancy been messing with my bathroom routines

I almost forgot, its not instant so i would use it after ur next bm.

Citrucel a cup a day. U can take up to 3 a day but I didnt need to. I was sooooo constipated that i had to take matters into my "own hands". I am much better now.

Took me til month 6 to work up the courage but i wish i had used them sooner

FiberOne cereal, raw green veggies, lots of water, stool softeners. Only thing that works for me is saline enemas 😒 not the most pleasant experience but i be feeling sick af after a week of not going to the bathroom. Enemas are cheap at walmart, like 2 for $1.50 and they work within minutes.
