@yanald90, well I know he's teething since I can see the teeth. What I want to know is how long till these 2 teeth fully pop through.

Most babies you can't even tell they are teething. Ours as well, just saw a tooth poking out one day. Only lots of drooling. Our pediatrician told us (dr Brecher that in his 30 years as pediatrician only like 5% of his patients had any real teething symptoms. So are you 5% or is there something else wrong? That is up to you to consider)
