I think you drink it, its worked for my mate shes done it twice id google it because im not one hundred on how much you drink xxx

sleep helps, your body won't contract if you're tired, everything tends to just be coincidences for everything else, can do all the old wives tales til you're blue in the face but baby won't come until baby is ready x
