mine was great at 33 weeks 5 days. I didn't need pain meds. I was up climbing stairs the day I went home probably cause I didn't have a baby with me. I never used a pillow to relieve the pain. sitting in a car hurt when my husband went over bumps and railroad tracks. I could have torn his head off lol I have fat that hangs down over the incision site so it hurt. I was told to put gauze over it and clean it with a wet rag no soap a lot. it helped. my husband can still see the scar of course but it looks good.
it was great! the next day or two I felt great.... I hated it when milk came it. it hurts too much.... my incision is good and I have 2 c section
@ashlandrae31, my scar healed fine, it blended in with my skin tone previously they always cut in the same place hoping that the scar blends in tve same its still dark right now
@ashlandrae31, when I went in for my 2nd my doctor told me I scar beautifully. Its def more defined being cut open twice but its really not that bad.
How do your scars heal ladies? Are the pretty non existent after awhile? @surprise4 & @mrslasyone
@ashlandrae31, I've had 2 and will have my 3rd in May. I had a choice with my 2nd and I chose another c-section. It hurts like hell when you cough or sneeze and they tell you not to drive for 6 weeks but other than that I've never had any problems.
My c-section surgery was very easy but recovery is very difficult. It takes about 6 weeks for your body to feel normal again. Although I healed really fast on the outside the inside was still healing. This is why you aren't supposed to climb stairs or do any kind of activity besides caring for your baby for at least 4 weeks. The cabin fever killed me!
