Have this dull pain in my sides.. Almost like a very light constant cramp .. And it's spreading to my whole belly like where my ab muscles would be.. And having a little cramp feeling in lower back area spreading to all up my back... Should I worry ??

Did anyone have cramps in their lower back while they were in their tww and got a BFP later on? I've been having cramps in my lower back (right side) today like I'm about to come on!! I still have 9days until Af! I've never had this early on before!! I really thought af was coming today! ?
What does it meat to have period like cramps and diarrhea?
This may be stupid but....how long do contractions last for? I keep having period cramps and lower back pain but it lasts like 3 minutes each time.
31 weeks and have the constant urge to push urine (there is none ) and strong period like cramps and that spread to my lower back but still feeling her move I don't know what to do
