Wat exactly is the raspberry leaf tea suposed to do? Contractions are like every 10 damn min apart not coming any closer…

Nice. I started drinking now thought the more the more contractions would come. Its actually really good lol

I swear that was the reason I didn't tear. I started drinking 4 cups a day everyday from 35 weeks till I had my son and it really helps with cramps. It's made to strengthen the uterus like she said. I swear by it every time someone mentions it. I didn't tear not even the tiniest bit.

Yea true that. Ugh my body isnt progressing. Its actually annoying me lol i know im only 37weeks but shes in canal an they can feel her head just not going past 2cm. And ive heard so many horror stories of babies being in canal for so long an i know 2 ppl who almost lost their babies due to be stuck in canal an i lost one baby an almost lost son 😟

@amy1990, yeah it does not do that bc you can take it as early as the second trimester and i hope no ones trying to bring on contractions then

It doesn't bring on labor, it strengthens the uterus and pelvic area. I took it starting and 36 weeks and had no tearing with a 7 lb baby (ftm) idk if it had anything to do with the tea or not but I'll be taking it again
