I Never  have used it personally but I know someone who did  she went to CVS and brought the Plan B pill 4 hours after she had unprotected sex. it worked for her but I remember her saying it very expensive and you had to use it to a certain time fame for it to be effective

Plan b also has weight restrictions that it works under. Time frame is important.
