Okay example if a woman 6 weeks pregnant but she conceived 4 weeks before okay If I was 5 weeks pregnant and I conceived 4 weeks before what date that goes back to cause when I found out i was 5 weeks and 5 days was on November 17

@ssdj4, they did it by ultrasound because I didn't know my last period

they base it off your last period because there is no sure way to tell when you conceived.

according to the doctors I'm 2 weeks behind what I thought I was. I knew when my lmp was but the baby didn't measure according to that date.
