A local mom on Facebook said she was in need of some diapers and had no money. So other moms and I were offering to donate some diapers for her. I grabbed some of my daughter's diaper even though me and my husband can't afford it but we know how it feels to be in need so we offered to help her out. Well a mom went out and bought her a pack of diapers and drove her kids to this lady's house in this crappy weather we are having. The lady never answered her messages when she said she was there and never opened the door when she knocked to give her diapers. So I told my husband that we weren't going to drag our daughter out and give this lady diapers if she can't even answer the door. Mind you she stated she had no car and was going to be home and to message her when they got there. The least someone could do when asking for help is answer a message or their door. Makes wanting to help people in need hard sometimes. I literally had my daughter all bundled up ready to go when the other mom told me what she did. No thank you if you can't answer the door and be grateful for other mom's dragging their kids out in this storm for you I sure in the heck will not be helping you. My daughter can stay home where its safe. There are literally tree branches flying off of trees hitting our patio door and rain and wind like no other.
