Sorry for the super long answer lol. I started to ramble there didn't I

Bout 30 minutes of pumping. I have one hand pump and one suction pump. I was really busy at work and I missed three let downs. It was only about 3.5 hours between pumping sessions though and my son was a little over three months old at the time. So that night I brought 17 oz home. Now I usually get between 8-10 oz per session and my son is almost five months. I only pump at work though. If o need to build I stash nurse and use my Hakkaa suction pump while I'm nursing. Get 2-4 oz that way.
