girl! lol i work in a call center and you have to be extra nice where i work because our stats are all based on cx surveys. and i work tech support -_- .. bleh tryna take my maternity leave ya know 😂😂😂 hormones are too outta wack for this..
Yeah, I'm glad those days are over. I remember the most memorable call was from a 30some year old freaking out because we charged a monthly maintenence fee and told me "I can't be bothered to monitor my account my mom does". All 15 dollars of it...
