Yeah, I'm glad those days are over. I remember the most memorable call was from a 30some year old freaking out because we charged a monthly maintenence fee and told me "I can't be bothered to monitor my account my mom does". All 15 dollars of it...

call centers are ALWAYS terrible for your health. I worked in one for about 3 years. Never again
