Ok ladies I really need some advice!!!! I haven't been able to sleep since I became pregnant, pretty normal. But it's been like a month or two where it became SERIOUS ! Like I'll go to bed at 10 and I won't sleep until 3 am for two hours than wake up and fall back asleep at 7 am to wake up at 10 am... then no more sleep. I just don't feel comfortable it's not even the baby moving at all... cause she's dreaming and all.. and my bf sleeping too. But I'm moving around changing positions and just not been able to find sleep I'm over here starting at the ceiling which I can't even see cause it's dark then I'm crying cause I'm tired. I talked to my doctor she suggested a couple of things which I tried, nothing was worked I asked her to prescribe some type of medication that could put me to sleep she said we can do that but it cold harm the baby. Soooo what are some home remedies? Please help!!!

I took two Benadryl (2) 25mg pills almost every night and had sleepy time tea. It helped a lot.

Yes! I've tried it all, I've tried cleaning the house at night until I feel tired enough to go to bed but honestly I never get tired. For example I'll start cleaning at 8pm and won't stop cleaning until 1am and still not tired 😴 I've tried it all I don't know if I'm over thinking or if I'm stressed or whatever it is gosh it's killing me it's making me so emotional. But good knows I just got hired at a Ross store and I start working in a week and a half and hopefully that will change things for me. Thank you everyone! I wish we could put the belly aside when it comes to bed time just so we can be comfortable but I guess it's all worth it at the end

that use to happen to me , i had to change my routine I walk I do some exercise and at the en of the day I'm dead . also i sleep better on the sofa 👌

What do you do during the day? Could you try to do things that make you feel exhausted so when you lay down you can just pass out? Do you sleep with the tv on or radio or noise machine? Maybe a distraction will help turn your mind off? Have you tried reading a book while you try to sleep? I find that's the best method for me to fall asleep. Are you using a body pillow? I'm not but I hear they are awesome. I just have an extra pillow for my knees. Have you been to a chiropractor? Some times they have good recommendations to help with getting comfortable plus it's good to get adjusted during pregnancy to help with the aches and pains of your body changing and carrying extra weight.
