sore boobs. not expressing... help!!

I used something called deep freeze its like deep heat but really helps when you have sore boobs

@natroberts88, @dannielle1996 thanks girls, do u just spray the deep freeze on your boobs? got a tight bra on now, had baby Thurs morn it's come in over night and I've tripled in size 😣😣 xx
