On this next coming up Monday will be a month that I had my baby. My doctor never told me not to take a bath or not to go swimming. Not wearing tampons yes she told me to wait on putting anything in there until she gives me the ok to have sex or use tampons. But what I want to know is can I take a bath? I really want to take a bath with my baby. I used to do it with my siblings a long time ago but I was not the one who birthed them so I could take a bath with them once they turned a month old. lol but I wanted to know if it is safe to take a bath with my daughter im not bleeding haven't for two weeks now so I was wondering if it was safe???

@newmommy23lovebug23, ohh I would definitely say go for it then!!! Just no soap bubble stuff. But obviously if you are with the baby you wouldn't anyway lol .

That's too funny how drs and hospitals say different stuff . My drs said to take baths from day 1 post partum... I took one every night to every other night for a month .never had issue and I healed great and it felt so good . Of course you don't put any soap or anything in the tub just plain old water. Very interesting. But yeah I would do whatever my dr said . I only took baths because my dr said i could
I told my friend my mom wants to throw me a baby shower and write on the invite "monetary gifts only" and he told me that people aren't trying to pay for my "gas bill" I'm offended because a lot of money goes into a baby shower, and if you're gonna give me a 10$ blanket from Ross that I probably won't even use it's a waste. I rather use those 10$ for my honest company diaper subscription.
I really hate tampons. I know we need them, but I really really hate them.
Anyone against baths while pregnant? If so, why? So many people have told me not to take baths now but I seriously miss my zen time in the tub 🛁🕉
