So the anesthesiologist at the hospital I'm delivering at has decided that I will not be able to receive an epidural this pregnancy... I will remain humble and research ways to deal with contractions! 😳😬🙃

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I have psuedotumor cerebri. The risks outweigh the benefits and can be dangerous. @patti28

You could do a water birth I heard that is very calming and helps with contractions

I have the same thing, I have to get spinal taps 2 times a year to keep the fluid down and to help my migraines. But that's weird you can't get one, they never said anything to me about it.

It's weird to me also. I'm going to do some research on it. But high risk ob already told me I may not be able to have one early in my second trimester and that I would have to evaluated by Anesthesia department. So I'm glad I know before I delivery that this won't be an option. I have lost vision and control of my muscles before because of the condition. I wish it would go away. But how did your body react with the epidural? @babyelkins2016

I got a really bad migraine with it so they had to give me a blood patch to help with it which hurt like hell lol but other then that nothing was bad about it :)

honestly I don't know if this will work for you but moving around and deep breathing helped me until I got my epidural..... and my contractions were horrible

@92angel, i gave birth natural for my 1 st son.2 nd had a late epidural still have light weird sensation in my lower back from it i had contractions when they did it exact moment 13 yrs ago.You will be okay ☝

I can't have an epidural either bc I have too much scar tissue on my back 🙈 so we're both gonna be looking in pain management lol
