So, I just started temping in the morning and I have no clue what I'm doing lol. Yesterday my temp was 97.7 and today it was 97.6. My period ended today..just a few spots of blood. What does it mean when your temp is getting lower??

I've been keeping track of my bbt as well it's all confusing to me as well. all I can say is take opk test an have lots of sex on your fertile days like every other day an definitely on ovulation day and the day after of ovulation . Baby dust best wishes
