could be a diaper rash. how old is he? my so got rashes like this when he started moving more, I went a size up in his diapers and it helped.

He turned one month on the 6th. and I've been putting desitin, baby powder, and a&d cream on it (not at the same time. been alternating between them) and it hasn't got any better @allyk.xmommy

@taralynn, call your baby's pediatrician then. they can prescribe another rash cream. my son has SUPER sensitive skin

Looks like a yeast infection my son had once. It got so bad it blistered. Nyastatin took care of it in like one day.
