I seriously thought the nausea and vomiting was over... NOPE!
I lost 16 pounds in the beginning of my pregnancy because I hate throwing up and so I wasn't eating, and I'm starting to feel like that again.. For the last 2 days I don't eat anything until around or after 12 in the afternoon for the fear of throwing up. I'm scared my babies are suffering from it.
thanks @savvylynn1 @evie411 @amorrione .. I know I have to do better. I'm going to have to work on it because I know it isn't healthy for my babies.. I'm thinking of trying all fruit smoothies , or juicing.. It comes up a lot easier than solids.
Sometimes it helps with the nausea to keep just a little bit in your tummy at all times. Try keeping some crackers at your desk and just keep nibbling. Then when it's time for a meal it won't be such a shock to your system.
I know you hate throwing up, I do too! But you've got to eat. Try eating slowly, non stop through out the day, if you can. And eatthingsthat sound at least mildly appetizing. The baby needs you to eat right now. Even if you throw up, maybe some will still get through to the baby. Being a momma means sacrifice, even before giving birth. Hang in there, and take it one day (or even one meal) at a time. Keep going!
Last thing, try curing up small slices of lemon and put salt on them. It was the only thing that helped my nausea long enough to eat or hold my food down. Good Luck!
