I need some serious help.! I cannot get rid of this pelvic pain or at least ease it! Any ideas?? Something needs to happen! I can't sleep because I'm in so much pain!

Mom's that went natural no meds , was it painful? Or painful PAINFUL ? I got an epidural last time but I wanna go no meds...
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

I used a heating pad for mine, I didn't turn it up too far but it did slightly help.
