These contractions are awful, been in slow labour for 2 days now and had a maximum of 3 hours sleep, hospital won't take me in though as my contractions are still 10 minutes apart, really struggling too cope right now 😰

Say you want to be checked out because you are worried about the stress on the baby. If you want to be checked don't take no for an answer. They told me I was fine and I'm slow labour but I refused and said I wanted to be checked to make sure that's indeed true. I was 4cm!! Trust yourself. Xx
I was in slow Labour with my oldest for 2 weeks all they could do was give me paracetamol and codeine to help me sleep x
Have you got a TENS machine? Get one if you don't. I was in sow labour for 5days with my first & it was the only thing that eased it. My husband ran out and got one. Second pregnancy I got one ready weeks before lol
Could you not ask for a sweep? Try get things going? Xx
I second @sara-lou I ordered mine the other day to be here today or tomorrow as I had this badly with my 3rd baby and I was needing to use it for 10 days prior to delivery. My waters even broke and all hell broke loose with contractions only to bloody stop once I was in hospital for another 14 hours. They said I wasn't in labour again, we're gonna send me home but I had lunch first. The midwife came back in to me with my lunch in one hand the gas in the other with my bum hanging off the bed on all fours growling like a dog in rip roaring labour. And it was quick. They blamed that on the off on labour with not much progress then a little shove and I went really quickly. So I'm guessing this will happen to me again as I'm already having the same thing. But want the tens so I can get through that is stop start business at home
