I tend to have back labor so mine I had back pain and my butt hurt felt like I had to go to the bathroom really bad. I could feel my stomach push down but all my pain was in my backside. on my hands and knees helped some. once I get to the transition stage I shake and throw up. that's when I know it's almost over. then relief and excitement once they are here!
