LABOUR STORY:
Started having contractions at about half 2 Wednesday morning, they got intense by about 5 and were 3-4 minutes apart. Called birth centre which I was going to b cause of my low risk pregnancy.
Got there around half 5, they examine me and was around 4cm, got In the birthing pool at 7 for 3 hours coping on gas and air they examine me again and I was 6cm! But the pain got too intense and it was because I was having back to back contractions, so I opted for a epidural, it took them three times to get it in the correct space and going through with back to back contractions at the same time was horrendous.
Anyway as an hour passed the epidural kicked in. They examined me 4 hours later and I didn't progress so was sent for an emergency scan, which showed baby positioning wasn't good and that's why I wasn't progressing.
They put me on a hormone drip to try get me too have stronger contractions , paracetamol they also hooked into me because my temp was sky rocketing.
Then after half hour they noticed baby heartbeat dropped every time I got a contraction, had about 6 doctors run in at that point pin my legs up and took blood from babies head as they were worried about the cord being around his neck and him not getting any oxygen; thankfully the results came back fine. But because his heartbeat kept dropping they had to give me the decision to go down to theatre and try help him out, they rushed me down at half 7 set me all up, put even more epidural fluid into me(couldn't feel a thing) literally about 10 doctors around and as I do I panicked!! Anyway I had too have forceps and a episiotomy and by 8pm he was out!! Bled quite a lot and stitching is very bad. I'm now very sore, but I have my boy and he was worth all off it. 👶🏼💙
Sorry if I scared anyone, it's mad too think how labour goes to the way you plan! 😳
Congratulations, sounds scary hope you heal quickly and all is good from now on xx
congratulations X sounds like you really went through it, am glad little one arrived safely X I had a back to back delivery and it was so painful! the things we do for our babies :) x
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

When leaving the clinic my FS said to take another dose of gonal-f and come back tomorrow to check to see how big they got and that we would do the iui on Wednesday. Well, after getting home, taking my gonal-f and going out to shovel snow (lol) I get a call saying that I am SURGING!!! I haven't ovulated on my own, or even come close to it in years...
Religion Conspiracy/Theory
**This is not to bash peoples religion and beliefs but to talk about our own theories and ideas** I would like to discuss a certain topic that came to mind after talking to my SO. I know some of you ladies like a good conspiracy talk so i would like to have a good discussion and hear thoughts of others. So back story my SO friends got very offended when he mentioned not believing in god or religion and it got me thinking. Is religion a failing form of goverment cont...
Having some pretty intense constant lower back pain and maybe super light contractions. But can't tell because the back pain is way over powering contractions so I'm walking around my room to see if they get worse.
Thank you both xx @mimibear @gabilicious x
