That's how I felt. I just weened my daughter off last month, when she made 6 months. We went to a hearing screening last week and it looked like she was going for my boob so I tried it just to see if she would calm down. She rejected it, but I gave her a pacifier and she grabbed my boob as if she was nursing. It made me feel like nursing was worth it.

They sell Fenugreek in about every store, Walmart, cvs..... And whatever you pump, is not an indicator on how much baby is getting out. I'm EBF for 9 months now and my baby would've starved by now if I only gave him what I've pumped. Don't give up just yet

you have no idea how much I want to but I'm not producing much at all I used to produce 2-6 ounces now I barely get one and she's mainly on formula @bri28

fugreek supplements has helped alot now i am pimping ever session about 4-5 oz and i drink lots and lots of water

Eat lots of oatmeal and sprinkle some Brewers yeast on top, drink Gatorade, lots of water, raw almonds/almond milk....
