Almost 38 weeks not dialated not effaced NOTHING!!! contracting like crazy tonight and on top of it all I have a cold 😞😞 not a happy camper

walk walk walk! or maybe try dancing. those helped with me lol. got me to 3 cm dilated in a week

I didn't start dilating until the day I was due and the very next morning I was admitted because labor had officially started! So just know anything can happen in a very short amount of time!! #literallyovernight
