ya that's how I am seeing it but his ex keeps telling him no pick a different one or that fuked up etc..... and then she won't let him talk to his kids for days or so and it hurts him :/

@chyrbear, it means a lot to them I don't quite understand it but I do get it somewhat. They want their name to live on. Lol. George Forman sure did he wasn't messing around lol and the fact that he has like 4 or 5 boys lol so crazy! But I don't think it's weird especially when it means so much to the man.

@chyrbear, yes he would be the 3rd. And it would go on if you kept it up the 4th the 5th and so on. It's crazy there is certain rules to that whole thing. But if they both have the same full name as your husband then the first is Jr and the next would be the 3rd. And even with your son being a Jr your husband is now a Sr. Lol my husband is excited about adding Sr. to his name lol he's such a dork! 😂

Lol George Foreman did it with like 5 of his kids! And then even went on to name the girls like Georgia or Georgina or something like that. If you both agree on it then I say go ahead and do it. Don't worry about what anyone else thinks it's your kids and your choice no one else matters. And he would technically be the 3rd not Jr. So it would be somewhat different lol. Do what will make you both happy! 😊👍🏻

technically it wouldn't be a Jr. it would/should be like the 2nd..3rd etc. It is a bit strange and I don't think it's a good idea. esp with their identities when they get older. let your son have his own special name ☺ your baby, your choice however ☺ Maybe change the middle names or flip the first and middle around if he wants it the same.

I think a JR should always be only the first child & more than that is not considered JR. I think thats just weird. I dont think you should do it.

Not trying to sound mean but ya it seems like he's trying to do the whole family thing again and start all over or something. It may be what he wants but you guys have to think about how the kids will feel about it. Especially with the fact that his ex doesn't like it so she will probably say something to the current Jr. And there will probably always be a weird tension between the two brothers . On that note though lol I recently met my bio sister who got adopted when we were younger (long story) and the crazy thing is her parents named her Jaclyn and my name is Jacqueline so it's always so weird when we're together especially when people call our name. But at the end of the day it's your baby your decision 🙂

i think it would be a hassle for the kids in schools and their credit report and stuff. it almost seems like hes trying to replace his first? if that makes sense? like you wouldn't name your two kids the exact same in any other situation. idk. its just my opinion, obviously yall should do whatever makes yall happy, its your kid, no one elses
