it's starting to getting hard for me to fall into a deep sleep at night and I wake up feeling like I didn't sleep :( what can help me sleep a little better I try not to sleep during the day but at times it's so hard to keep my eyes open.....

ha ya and usually I don't have a problem sleeping but for the past couple days it's hard
a pregnancy pillow! i never thought it would work, but let me tell you. last night was the best sleep I have gotten in a LONG time.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I see so many mommies giving their babies rice cereal to sleep even though it's not recommended? Why?
I don't know if it's just me but it's so hard to pick out a good boy name that me and hubby would like it's kind of stressful 😔
How do yall sleep at night, I know they say sleep on your Left side, but it's not comfy for me.!
