Sooooo... I need opinions. I'm not currently TTC and I am on the Mirena. My boyfriend of 6 months and I have been having unprotected sex almost every weekend multiple times a day. A couple days ago my breast started feeling really sore right under my nipple and on the sides. I do feel a slightly bigger lump in my right breast than have before. My back has also been killing me the past couple of days. The breast pain started about the same time as the back pain. I do have back problems but nothing that ever persists longer than a day continuously and it's hurting in a different spot than it usually does. It is a dull pain this time so it's very different than usual. I've been bloated and have had diarrhea for the past few days as well.

I am currently on medication for hyperthyroidism as well.

I know this is kind of a broad range of issues but I wanted to take some point of views on getting pregnant on the mirena. Has anyone here before?
