Does this ultrasound look okay? my Dr. said everything looks good but the top part looks weird to me.

lmbo! I wish @green_smilezz . I am 19 weeks 5 day @zaysmomma and I was thinking maybe because the tech said the baby was facing my back. I was worried about the cord thing but the Dr. said everything look good but I wanted to ask my girls on here.
