im 39w5d and unfortunaely I only started walking the other night, no one emphasized the importance of walking for delivery so I've been struggling the past few weeks with severe pelvic pressure from the babys head and I really just wanna get him out ASAP, my next dr appt is tomorrow and due date is friday so I'm hoping I don't go much past my due date I'm done being preggo, feeling partially debilitated I need to get back to my old self ASAP. I've been 50% effaced after 3 internal exams to check for dilation and not dilated yet. My contractions are not strong or painful at this point, some consistent some not just my stomach getting rock hard at times which usually go unnoticed. HELP what other ways can I get this kid out lol

yeah I'm gonna go for another walk today at some point and do some squats I guess.. I'm just trying to at least get dilated and get more effaced!

they have balls to bounce on. some people use the corner of the bed or couch if u don't have the ball. walking is good. you could walk up and down stairs. be careful though.! 💜

well i def wouldnt run up and down stairs lol I cant do that even if I tried for one and it's not safe... I know squats are good tho
