Squatty potty from Amazon.com, not even kidding! It's worth the money, and stool softeners. I'm so sorry, I hated going after I had my son, it hurt so bad and it felt like I had to retrain everything down there! No fun!

baby girl is a week old and i pooped on 3rd after she was born. i took colace and a Laxative that my dr perscribed me. honestly i didnt even need to push 😉

The stool softener was a life saver girl. I took colace since the day I had him and I pooped I think 2 days after having him, and not to be too tmi with you but it went very smoothly .
