how to build milk supply in short time and how much will i need. i have about 30 oz. I'll be away 7 hours max.

The general rule of thumb is an ounce for each hour that you're away. Plus, baby will probably eat less while you are away bc they will hold out for the breast. My husband has to jump through all sorts of crazy hoops to get our 3 month old to take a bottle.

I wouldn't think a baby would eat more than 3 times in 7 hours. So that means you have 10oz per feeding for baby. Which should be more than enough.

believe it or not they eat less when you're not around. I remember packing tons of milk for daycare and some how my son would refuse and wait for me. like he'd drink just enough to hold him over and really nurse when he got to be. it was the weirdest thing. the babysitter w as amazed lol
