Okay Ladies what are your thoughts on this I saw this on fb so I decided to post it here

Some ladies need to work. A lot of times one income isn't enough. And also some woman like making their own money. I defiantly feel like that's something both in the relationship should talk about before doing it. And if you can afford it and she wants to stay home I say go for it.

I definitely agree @amaperalta03 it should be a choice that both should make and as far as me I've always worked so it's just something that's in me where I want my own money don't get me wrong my husband is a wonderful provider but 2 incomes are better than 1

I think it's good to work. it helps you stay active and a little fit during your pregnancy at least. also I like making my own money... but then again I've never been able to just depend on my SO so I really don't know what that would feel like. worked through both my pregnancies so far. lol I wouldn't mind trying it out for a while if I had the chance!

we made the choice together for me to continue working. Although going back 2 weeks after giving birth sucked I had reduced hrs while I still recovered. reality is both my husband and I have to work to provide for our one child soon to be 2 chikdren in june

I agree on some aspects. I think a woman's job is solely to raise the kid but with the dad's help of course. I also believe that in this day and age to really get anywhere in life, you need two incomes. I worked until I had my son and I have health issues. I went to work 2 weeks after having him mainly to get my mind off of him being in the hospital. I'm not working this pregnancy and it's driving me insane.

@mdomke22 @zehmbabies I had to stop working halfway through my last pregnancy and I hated the fact of not doing anything I felt like being a stay at home wife and mom was literally sucking the life out of me so by choice I chose to go back to work after giving birth and I currently work now and I'm praying that I have no issues with this pregnancy because I dread not working

It is an amazing post if only a lot more men thought and felt this way... If the context is a stable marriage that is. I couldn't see a single woman giving up her income cause her baby daddy doesn't feel like she should, its admirable but even if its a long term relationship he would need to have just as much at stake if a woman gave up her job.

If I didn't work throughout my pregnancy, I would've been hugging a toilet all day alone. My battle buddies kept me sane and I found it easier to deal with my morning sickness

@surprise4 very true it depends on the situation and as you said if its a stable marriage but I do think both have to come to an agreement...... @vicky810 😂😂😂 @mrs.n2014 being a SAHM isn't for everyone some women enjoy it and some do not but on the up side of being a SAHM you get the chance to spend more time with your kids and focus on you as well as having some you time which is needed sometimes @ginnalynn I know the feeling I was dealing with morning sickness really bad at the beginning of this pregnancy and I still am on occasions

If I had a man that would make sure I'm ok financially I would stop at 35 weeks it gets hard after 30 weeks depending on the stress level of your job and the type of work you do.
