My doctor gave me the ok at 4 months for rice cereal. I waited until almost 6 months because that's what most doctors now recommend

Nope, that's 2nd foods. You'd have to start with 1sts, and I'd probably do rice cereal mixed with breast milk or formula before that even

I got the ok at her 4 mo ck, I haven't started yet because I'm making her food and I'm too lazy lol but she's been grabbing at my food and watches intently when we eat so I guess I should soon. I've been reading it's better to wait til closer to 6 mos though so I don't know
