Any idea on what this could be? It appeared yesterday when we went outside and it hasn't gone away.

and I don't think it would be a sunburn. he got it as soon as he went outside yesterday. @janae_

could be an allergic reaction

from what? he has had no changes in diet or toys or anything. I mean how can you even pinpoint a reaction like that without changes being made. he's been outside playing before so that's not new either. @reyesmomma

just because my skin and my brothers skin would randomly get red from going outside. where I lived we had lots of different kinds of plants and one day we got into this weird grass and it just so happened to turn our skin pink. Just a possibility.

we also had fuzzy caterpillars that would turn our skin pink. Not every allergic reaction is something big or to be feared.

My mom would give us oatmeal baths 💕 if we got itchy and we were old enough she gave us benadryl I think. but I would ask a doc first.

well I'll keep an eye on it and if it's still this red tomorrow we will revisit our options in diagnosing and taking care of it. I don't even know what an oatmeal bath is and we have to wait until tomorrow to do it anyway @reyesmomma

My mom was old school she just put oatmeal in a long sock and tied it Then put it in the tub and drew a warm bath. I'm sure these days they have fancy stuff and tricks.
