Just got my first period after having Lillian. Anyone know if it's going to be the same as before because so far it's horrible.

Just got my first period after having Lillian. Anyone know if it's going to be the same as before because so far it's horrible.
my first period was horrible after my 2nd baby. i had to change a tampon every like 2 hours terrible cramps and a bad pain in my butt. i think it gets better. I'm currently on my 2nd pp period and it actually hasnt been bad :)
