😭😭 1st period since giving birth.. I feel sick with the pain

I was panicking a little of I'm honest because I had no signs of one coming but I read it could take up to 3months and to be honest I'd be glad because I never use to have a painful period before getting pregnant so wasn't ready for this lol

U gave birth same day as me .. I still haven't had a period yet ..
