Stories off sweeps please, was it successful was it not? Did it hurt? Was they able to to do it or was your cervix too…

I had a sweep when I was already in labour and at 1 cm and it didn't really make much difference. It didn't hurt though just a little uncomfortable x

I had a sweep I was already 2cm dilated and 10 mins after my contractions started and gave birth 4 hours later and yeah it hurt so bad for me x

I had one when I was 1-2 cm dilated x didn't hurt just uncomfortable 😊 back cramps started straight after this was Friday evening @ 11pm was in slow labour until Sunday evening. Established from half 9 on the Sunday gave birth @ 1:40 am Monday xxx

They also told me when they did it my cervix had thinned down xx
