32+1 today I sneezed and felt a pop on the left side under my boob. Like I had ripped something. It hurts to touch the area, lift, stretch, sneeze, get out the bath, roll over, lift left arm up etc. What on earth have I done?! It hurts!!

I think I almost sneezed my uterus out just now lol. I sneezed like 5 times in a row and it hurt soooo bad. Anyone else have pain while sneezing?
