My son used to. They do it for attention, so don't give them the time of day with it

I can promise you, it's for attention. You trying to get him to stop is giving him attention. I took my son to the doctor for the exact same thing. if you react, he knows it gets attention

@ssdj4, my son did that around your little guys age. The pedi said it was a phase.

My kids have all done it, its a phase. just ignore him.

Yes my son did, & I would tell him no! Or i would tap his hand and redirect it and let him know it's not for his mouth!
