so I'm supposed to start my Period tomorrow , I've felt puking for quite some time so today I took a test and got a negative result...could I still possibly be pregnant?

I'm hoping so , I'm not feeling cramping but I don't recall how I felt before with my son this early due to being on pain medicine from having surgery .
