Anyone use baby powder on their lashes before mascara? Does it work?

I've never used baby powder but I use a clear gel mascara before I use my regular one. It softens them up and helps my reg mascara apply a lot easier. I have naturally long eyelashes so they tend to clump easily but if I use the clear gel first they come out perfect! 😊👍🏻

I've tried it but I got baby powder on my eye 😂😂😂😂 never again 😂😂. I use some Mexican mascara it works wonders

No it has some apples on it 😂 I don't remember the brand
