Does everyone with the same due dates conceive on the same days.? Or what. FTM I don't understand the process

It goes by your last period so mostly likely they had the same cycle and same last period date. That's my guess

No not necessarily, because you might conceive on the same day but your baby measures ahead or behind theirs on a ultrasound which determines the due date the doctors give you. It's just an estimated date, based on the ultrasound measurements or date of your last menstrual period.

So say I comceieved end of Jan? And the other girl conceived feb 5th . That can b possible?

Most people ovulate on a different days, but have the same day of the lmp. See?
