Ok I am having a really hard time giving up my caffeine I am only 7 weeks but I love me some coffee…

You are able to have a small amount. Not sure how much. It I'm sure you can google it.

My doc told me that one cup a day was fine especially because I'm such a huge coffee lover. He said that quitting caffeine cold turkey wasn't good.

I haven't stopped drinking caffeine. the only thing I don't drink much of is the energy drinks. but that's just me.

but I know quiting all at once will give you a bad caffeine headache and it won't go away till you drink somethin with caffeine in it

you will see maybe being pregnant you won't crave it...i have fallen in love with. fresh watermelon juice never drank that in my life add some ice with it is my new drink

less than 200 mg caffeine is the limit. there's about 12 mg in an oz of coffee. :) I have 6 oz most mornings. I like lattes too because I can get a single shot & it's only 64 mg of caffeine total.

oh thanks so much everyone for your responses!!!! I am way older than most of you so I'm already considered high-risk just feel like I'm not doing anything right which I'm sure isn't true but sometimes still feel that way
