How do you all put your little ones to bed, for weeks Scarlett would go down awake and settle herself and would sleep through, and for the past week I've had to hold her until she's asleep because she's so unsettled and so upset if I put her down! 🙄 feel like we're going backwards!
I'm only doing it because I'm at my breaking point 🙈😂, only cuddle her for five ten minutes then she's fast asleep and normally sleeps through, maybe it is just a sleep regression just been reading up on them and she at that age 😩!
All babies and children go through phases or sleep regressions as they call them. Where they may wake up during the night or become clingy when going down. I find just continuing with the normal routine is best. With my youngest I turn everything off and feed him in low light. We have cuddles, sing nursery rhymes and I take him upstairs and lay him down. I stay in the room if he's upset or come back in to reassure him now and then until he settles. I know many parents rock their babies off to sleep and that's fine for them but it's not something I've ever done. Unless their poorly and of course I give them whatever attention or comfort they need.
I'm back to work tomorrow and she's coming with me! It's like her routine has gone to pot, I still put her to bed around 7/7.30 but she has to be on me to fall asleep! I get myself in a good routine and then it all goes to pot 😂😂
I co-sleep with Maya so lay down with her and she falls asleep on the boob...And when fully asleep I move her into the cot (just recently started trying this) doesnt always work :) And I dont try it on a night where I have college haah...As I will be exhausted in the morning! xx
Do you ladies agree when people say not to hold a baby often because they'll get used to being held all the time? So they'll cry until someone holds them, my LO is going to be 3 weeks and I hold her often but I don't like her crying if I put her down so I just hold her and some people tell me not to because then she'll always cry if she's put down.
my daughter doesn't want me to put her down and she's so cranky.. Idk what she wants
My doctor said he would induce my labor at 38 weeks, if my baby girl still had growth issues and if the percentile dropped to 10 or less. Last thursday, it was 10 percentile, and he said if she didn't come on her own by 38 weeks, he would induce labor at that time. I'm 36 weeks 1 day today, he said my cervix was super thin, and 1cm dilated. Is there a possibility this can change... that my doctor will let her just come on her own? I don't want to be induced, i would much rather her come on her ...
Tomorrow morning we have an appointment to put down our almost 12 year old pit. Her tumor has grown so fast over the last week she's struggling to walk. She stopped eating and is barely drinking. This is going to be so difficult, especially on my husband. 😔

my kids ♡ BTW she's crying because she hates being put down, and baby brother was crying with her too 🐶💕👧
Yeh blasted things! lol I always remind myself everything is just a phase so it won't last forever!
