So I'm breastfeeding my 2 month old for the first time BC when he was an infant he would only take the bottle and wouldn't latch. Now he can latch on great but it HURTS. I think he has a good latch I can only see a tiny bit of my areola. And i hold him in the cradle position. Any advice? I really want to exclusively BF. but the pain is to much.
**Just started yesterday morning throughout the entire day.
ohh okay I thought I was doing something wrong. But thank you so much ladies I deff will do that (:
It took my son 5 weeks to latch on but he had his lip and tongue tied so it was extra painful. I'll get better just give it some time take a trip to Walmart and get some nipple butter it literally saved my life and nipples lol
even with a great latch it will normally hurt for 2 weeks. it will get better :) keep trying!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
your welcome. Lansinoh nipple cream is a life saver. with my first after every feeding i applied it. my 2nd only when it hurt or was dry. maybe try aftrr every feeding and see if it helps. its also perfectly safe for baby so no need to wash off before feeding
