I'm so pissed!!!! I went to this OB one time to just get a blood test to determine I'm definitely pregnant and to go over all the meds I'm on. I was on two blood pressure meds one I am off completely and the other I take 50mg 2x's a day as opposed to 100mg once a day. Mind you the doc said this was fine. Ok fast forward 2 weeks and I call him regarding my sciatica. After he asked me are you pregnant?!?!?! He then told me I can get a steroid epidural injection in my spine (which you cannot!) something told me to check out the meds he said I can stay on and the blood pressure med he said is ok is a fucking category D medicine and so not ok!!!!! I am So pissed and freaking out. God forbid this hurts my baby and I was just following the docs orders!! I think it's time for this dick to retire practicing. 😡😡😡

I'm on atenelol and it's a steroid epidural injection for my inflammation which is not to be done in the first trimester per my pain management doc and from what I see online it's a no no
what medicine are you on? and why can't you do the epidural?
After my last convo with this dick I already decided to my new appointment is on Tuesday. If I could stop my blood pressure meds cold turkey I would but my blood pressure will sky rocket as if this isn't making it do that already!

Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

So I Had My First Ultrasound At 6 Weeks Heard Baby's Heart Beat And Everything Was Ok.... Doc Said I Wouldn't Have Another Ultrasound Until I'm 20 Weeks I Feel Like That's Too Long. When Did You Get Your Second Ultrasound?
