welp told the boss I want to take vacation the week before the baby is due. his reaction, well we will be in a bind, when you come back you'll probably have a pay cut because you haven't been doing good on your job. he's got a new grandbaby on the way as well but has no kidneys or bladder and so it's hard for him to be happy 4 me. his mood changes almost daily, I just over look it and go on. being the bigger person sucks and I have to do it ALOT with the many roles I play. atleast i gave him a weeks notice heads up. generally I tell him last minute.
