when is it a clot serious after birth? I'm 5 weeks pp I went to the restroom and i was literally dripping blood and I went pee and there was a pretty big clot it was really dark red :( I'm kinda worried but want to worry for no reason

I JUST PASSED MAD BLOOD CLOTS AND MY ENTIRE HAND WAS FILLED WITH BLOOD LIKE NO NO NO NO I'm only 29 weeks pregnant

We were on our way to Denver from Vegas when I started to have cramps. We pulled over and lo and behold, lots of blood and clots. Went to the nearest hospital and now just waiting for a miscarriage confirmation. I'm so distraught right now. ?
Ladies im freaking out right now!! I passed a huge blood clot and it's looks like there might be something else in my blood clot and I'm thinking I had a miscarriage somehow even though I'm on nexplanon. I had two clots the size of my fists and the literally were stuck coming out while I was showering I had to pull them out, I never went to the dr but at my 6 week pp checkup I was fine! Sometimes it's normal
